That may be true for Dr. Sarah Hill, but not me. Effeminate men are not attractive to most women in my opinion.
Nothing in nature is absolute but if there is a statistically significant influence on the decisions that women make for sexual partners then there will be an effect over the long term. Oral contraceptives have been around since 1960, over 60 years, and even small changes of womens partner preferences over 3 generations could have a significant effect.
