Those words are from the article, and JW is quoted, but not with that particular quote. Instead, JW is quoted to have said, “Our new study shows 1.8M excess, or ‘ghost’ voters in 353 counties across 29 states. So the C&P'er apparently was trying to steal some of JW's sunshine and integrity. I promise next time to spend more time in research and verification.
