I explored some of these issues here.

In addition to the information in that post, the Supreme Court could invalidate those elections. One solution might be to pass it on to Congress to amend the 1840s-era federal election law for a one-time election to fill those seats.

Another solution would be to invalidate the election, let the governors appoint senators according to the rules in the 17th Amendment and set up special elections to fill the empty House seats.

Interesting post. I believe Trump will ‘turn enough to get to 270’ sparing us from the bloviating of Pelosi. It would be great to shove the 1 vote/state in the Left’s face, but if the wisdom of the Framers was ever in doubt, this election settled that question.
