Looks like NC done counting and got done sooner than they thought. I heard Cunningham conceded.

NC Absentee By mail is out of joint with the rest of the voting methods

I wonder if someone could come in and look at the RAT Absentee by mail votes

here is the image from that cluck thru link of N.C. website: voting method....showing "Absentee By Mail" out of whack with the rest of the state. Somebody under-miscounted the number needed.
