In a prior post I noted:
“Given those uses [ed. of Hammer and Scorecard] are illegal, domestically... won’t the citizens who were harmed by the use of that stolen property... have a right to sue the companies that did that harm to them ? And, given the nature of the illegality... [ed. also sue} the persons who were responsible for enabling it ? And, what of the media companies that enabled it... participated in it... and helped to cover up the crime ? And, they still are covering it all up ? What liability attaches ?

That single of point of control... is structured as a pass through... to Frankfurt...
The bankruptcy... appears it was intended as a firewall to try to prevent liability reaching back along the lines of that same pass-through that the controls follows... through the Frankfurt servers... back to George Soros...
But, since we can see it... Soros is liable ?
