There is a pretty clear element in “masking” being used here... which I’ve noted in its impact a couple of times without directly pointing it out clearly enough ?

It’s is apparent in the structure of acquisitions and dispositions... as a dynamic... showing that a shell game is being used to try to mask the linkages and subvert the “certifications” processes “validating” security.

You see that in Scytl’s acquisitions of U.S. business in SOE and Clarity. Whatever “certification” existed for Clarity systems... is invalidated when they’re bought by Scytl... and Scytl then INSERTS Soros related software and servers into the middle of the existing linkages... so that now routes “Scytl” communications (and controls) to servers in Frankfurt ? Should be obvious... but apparently it isn’t to the cybersecurity “experts” in DHS and CISA ?

Same thing, in all probability, in the Soros disposition of the Frankfurt server farms he sold... making them “no longer Soros owned”... but still not altering the FUNCTION in those servers as it is passing Scytl information through them... while retaining the Soros owned element, not in physical ownership of the server, but in the ownership of the software being run on those servers... and the comm links to Soros and the control tied to that software and its links... that is the focus of the business deal between Scytl and the Soros owned companies.

Scytl is a Soros front operation... intended to, but failing in, providing plausible deniabilty.

It appears to be a fairly simple exploit in social engineering that depends on “drift” preventing security measures being updated when ownership and business linkages, or software updates, etc., have shifts implemented, with changes being imposed... that aren’t being addressed.

If the U.S. government has that willfully ignored SIMPLE security tasks, as in this instance... assume the same thing is occurring in multiple other instances where some in government may seek to empower extra-governmental actors in gaining information, or in gaining control over functions, through these simple sleights of hand... and a shell game.
