Note, specifically, the Trump campaign made clear its case was NOT about fraud... but about lawfulness. Republican observers were prevented from observing, when the law requires they must observe.
The court notes that obstruction of lawful oversight... as “not fraud”... and “not unlawful”... then proceeds to point out the lack of fraud claims in the complaint, while claiming the law would require a showing, including a proof, of fraud in order for the court to consider whether or not the election was lawful.
The courts claim is absurd on its face...
Either the election complied with the requirements of law... or it did not...
