I have been saying numerous time on this site that the fraud was executed via the program that was used. I believe that it was tried out numerous times in the past on lesser races to check out the ability to change votes.

Plus, Sydney Powell, the noted attorney, stated in an earlier video that Pelosi's husband and Feinstein's husband had extensive investments in this program.

I bet it was field-tested in California.
