DOJ must wait 10 days after an election to get involved.

I didn't know this. Could you please expand on this comment?

It is the policy of DOJ to not publicly announce any investigation of election fraud or disputes until after all ballots are counted.

This does not mean they must remain inactive, an investigation can be conducted, but must not be publicly disclosed until after the dust has settled after an election, 10 days is a reasonable amount of time for all ballots to be counted.

This is a rule that has been followed for many years (no public announcement) to prevent influcing the outcome of an election.

Do not interpret DOJ silence at this time to mean inactivity!
