IMHO “solid Blue” states prolly have the fraud so systematized that its more difficult to easily perceive...but perhaps MAY be easier to prove in some respects. New York State and California immediately come to mind. I’ll bet Trump was such a good candidate even in some of those assumed Blue states that they got sloppy this time around
