Agreed. And we also know why the state Democrat Attorney General of Pennsylvania publicly guaranteed, one day before the November 3 Presidential election, that Sleepy Joe Basement-Biden will win Pennsylvania (and thus the U.S. Presidency) after all the "votes are counted" in Pennsylvania.
And we further know why the Democrat mayor of Philadelphia demanded that President Trump put on his "big boy pants" and "concede" the U.S. Presidential election to Biden, one day before Pennsylvania even finished "counting" the votes and one day before Pennsylvania (and thus the U.S. Presidency) was even "called" for Biden by the fake-news MSM.
It all makes perfect sense. Now onto President Trump's lawsuits against state Democrat politicians and the Democrat-perpetrated election fraud ...

Whoever coined the term had to be aware of the plot. If I had to go by intuition I would suspect Hillary's hand in it. A major hand. If you remember, it all began with Hillary saying 'Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should Biden concede on election night'.

Hillary: Do not under ANY circumstances concede.
Pelosi: Joe Biden will become president on Jan 20th no matter what.
Media : Blue wave coming
Pollsters : Biden +5, +7, +10, +17 ...
DNC : Ignore the red mirage’ on election night. Biden will lead later.
Biden: We have set up the most extensive and inclusive VOTER FRAUD organization in history. (In other words Biden was aware of it but slipped).
