Late votes are not what did it. There are always late votes.

Recount will NOT FIND ANYTHING.

There were 101,000 more votes for Biden in Wisconsin than the sum of all votes for Dem candidates for the House. That is an absurd number. It did not happen in 2016 when there was a WI Senate race. The Dem candidate then had a few thousand votes diff from Hillary’s.

This was not done with 100K paper ballots added with votes only for Biden. That would be noticed. This was done with tabulator software and a recount will just go through the same machines.

If you send pre-hand counted ballots through the machines in a calibration mode, the software can see the mode and give the right answer. The only test is pre hand counted ballots, maybe thousands, and send them through the machines in NORMAL mode, not test or calibrate mode.

A recount just sends ballots through the same machines. The big issue is allow no change to the software and retest in normal mode. There is great danger in the software being changed, but if they did change it to right/proper, then a recount would erase the 101K votes.

All this talk about bogus ballots will find nothing. The tabulator software is how this would be done. Nothing else will convince state legislators.
