The girl in charge, Kristy, was asked on the news this AM what a recount might mean. She said that the ballots would have to be rescanned. I am now of the opinion that every ballot should be counted by hand since I think the “fix” they are trying to use will put Biden ahead by thousands in a more”clear victory “ for the cheats.
