The mail-in ballots are being impounded, and
fingerprint analysis should detect the preponderant
number of ballots as compared to the number of unique voter’s fingerprints in them. The FBI has the technology to do that snick-snack.
Spot check the boxes of suspicious ballots, and throw out the lot of them.
