I keep repeating…THIS COUNTRY IS A JOKE.
I f there is no security for the software that is operating and there are no logs for the computers involved then there is a definite problem.
If there are logs that have not been tampered with then it should be easy to find the time and date at which the the software was screwed.
But I would guess that most experienced programmers would know that and cover their tracks.
The real problem is computer voting. In-person with actual IDs and vetted poll workers is a better way to prevent fraud and criminal destruction of citizen choixes
