There is supposed to be an audit process first where each ballot is examined and verified before a recount. This process will take a week as there are 5 million votes.
I don’t see what good a recount of fraudulent ballots gets you. You aren’t changing the basic evidence.

I don’t know now sorry, I’m going on memory. Maybe someone can find it or who was involved in that election can respond. I tried to look earlier but all the news stories are anti-Kemp about the voter roll purge. I just remember there was a lot of outrage over it from Abram at the time.
Biden’s lead is 1,587. Out of 5 million.
Given that Trump was up 300k before the observed counting stopped election night until Wednesday afternoon, it is feasible that there will be at least some found fraudulent, duplicate, dead voters, etc.. But Trump’s team must be allowed in to observe - not just the count but the audit.
