From where are you getting that 9,000 figure from? And are these “uncounted” or have they been counted as they came in?
I read that on a thread on the this site. Supposedly those votes will be counted in the morning. One estimate of biden up by 3000 before military votes are counted.
It’s actually 9,000 military votes ‘outstanding’, not received. Who knows how many of those will be received by the deadline.

It is 8990 according to the GA Sos that weren’t sent. As of this morning they weren’t received supposedly.
I saw a tweet from a guy stationed in Germany who says he sent his absentee ballot and they keep telling him it is not received. So who knows where they are.
