This site does not seem to allow any chance that Trump might not be re-elected. We do know that is always possible in every election, don’t we? Fraud or not? Don’t we understand the USA can withstand even a President Biden? Or Harris?
I sure am sick of being attacked because I understand elections go both ways and you can’t always get what you want.
I get it and I understand where you are coming from. This place is very intolerant of contrarian positions on most things. In other words, many behave as liberals do.
Someone like you told me that America could stand an obamaroid for four years. The queer was in office for eight years, and even Trump has not been able to wipe the fecal stains from government left by the obamaroid evil. President heels up harris will destroy the nation in less than three years, by shutting US down and ending our economic machine. The world will suffer very greatly with the globalist’s puppet running the government. That you are unable to fathom that says a lot about your penchant for magic thinking.
I think it's because this particular election, and really Trump's entire first term, has been met with the most vehement, dishonest, illegal, and treasonous opposition ever seen in our Nation by literally every institution as well as a large number of people from his own party.
And after going through the fake polls scam, the Russia hoax, the impeachment scam, the COVID scam, the new and improved fake polls scam, we now are watching outright vote theft in the open.
Surely you can see this particular time it's not the normal ebb and flow of election cycles, but a literal coup, and if left unchecked will mean the literal end of our Country.
I get that everyone is mad about coronavirus and impeachment and media bias. But there is still the possibility that Trump lost. Disliking Trump is not rare out there and an enthusiastic voter gets one vote just the same as a somewhat disinterested voter.
Just look at all the Republican’s who publicly supported Joe Biden. Even a former chairman of the RNC.
In four years a lot of people are going to be embarrassed about their behavior here. GWB was worshipped for a time on this forum, and now he is almost universally hated. No one wants to admit that Donald Trump has made a lot of mistakes. He governed like a conservative and made many smart moves, but he made a lot of bad staffing choices and a lot of the stuff he said was very “cringy” to say the least. He really didn’t work well with people in government and whether that is due to their fault or not, he really needed to remember that he needed to work with these people.
I hope that the Administration fights to expose any fraud and fights to make sure that and allegations are properly settled, but if he loses, he shouldn’t drag the country into a civil war.
He fought where it mattered but he needs to pick his battles.
I think the question confronting and at times dividing FReepers in the present moment is whether to fight like crazy against the fraud or to accept it as inevitable.
What's new in this election cycle, it seems to me, is a lower degree of acceptance of city-Democrat-political-machine fraud as inevitable and a higher propensity to fight it no matter what.
I attribute this to loyalty to a President who, when confronted, tends to fight no matter what.
