I think the same is true for PA. I don’t know how many ballots are left there. Right now they are at 71% return rate which is the same as2016. If the return rate is going to be closer to 75%, then there are another 300k votes to count. Doesn’t look good.
I agree that it could look pretty grim right now if we didn't have those 9000 military votes due to arrive tomorrow.
This could end up being an even closer margin than FLA 2000.
