question for all on this thread: first, let me say though, I DO believe safeguards were put in place via watermarks, encrypted block chain, etc.
But..to the question: what’s the likelihood that the states that did blanket mail out never mailed them out but just filled them in. Then dealt with people calling saying they never got their ballot and just sent another or, if available, those people then voted in person. I feel like the fraud had to be on a grand scale and could not be depended on for each individual to commit it.
Suppose 50,000 were grabbed and marked for candidates and held in reserve.
Then when needed were dumped into the mix at 3am.
Then if they were scanned and identified by the watermarks as sequential, a fraud could be proved.
