Unfortunately pain means no Internet, no EBT, no gas, no food, but we know the Dems want that in the end

Voting for Trump be state delegates means no internet and food or gas?
Chuckle.
So tell me, just how much food does deep blue New York City produce?
And how much oil do the no fracking blue states produce?
Nearly all the oil is from fracking in red statesTexas, Oklahoma, North Dakota etc.

Gov DeSantis of FLorida said the Pennsylvania has to get their asses in gear and get this process started. The refusal of the Corrupt gestapo in Philly refusing to enforce is enough to have the legislature get involved .

F. Lee Levin with a reminder that GOP legislatures can nullify a fraudulent election and institute their own slate of electors-if they have the guts to do so

F must stand for Full of it.

In Michigan, there has to be a bill passed by the legislature and signed by the governor in order to override the state election results and install a new slate of electors.

You think Nit-Whitmer is going to sign any bill that takes away Biden's stolen victory in Michigan?

Sounds great.

Problem is it seems they’re all against Trump, or at least afraid of helping him so who is going to say something?

You are exactly right! Trump needs to dispatch lawyers with proof of the fraud and call a meeting with the GOP legislatures of everyone of those states together and present to them what is at stake. This is no time for spineless backbones!

Yes. It was 26R to 22D with two ties; PA and MI.

Looks like there will be one pickup in PA in the House to make it 10-8 in the PA state delegation, but the race is not yet called due to the ongoing vote count. Most of the uncounted ballots are in Philly and Pittsburgh, so that lead appears safe.

There was one confirmed flip in MI in a race that has already been called; to make that state delegation 9-7.

The only two D flips were in NC due to the redistricting there.

So the vote in the House would be 28 to 22 to elect Trump POTUS.

There is plenty of evidence with video to back it up.
The US Supreme Court will see the evidence. If they decide the evidence changes the results, GOP legislatures do not have to abide by fraudulent election “results”.
Its not up to you.

You don’t know what you are talking about. No governor of ANY state has ANY voice in choosing presidential electors. It is solely a legislative power. Period.

Please go back and read my comment and the comment to which I was responding. I was referring to people getting off their dead asses and fighting for this country.

Yup.
The Dems lost a lot of house seats. And they may lose at least 10 in total when all is said and done.

The evidence is being presented by Giuliani and Trump’s lawyers as we speak. At the courts. Which is where the evidence should be presented.

You don’t know what you are talking about.

Right back at ya.

The legislature HAS DETERMINED HOW TO APPOINT ELECTORS. They passed this law:

http://www.legislature.mi.gov/(S(edsluw3npnevzbk2rtdf3ohv))/documents/mcl/pdf/mcl-116-1954-IV.pdf

168.43 Presidential electors; election.

Sec. 43. At the general November election held in the year 1956 and at the general November election held every fourth year thereafter, electors of president and vice-president of the United States shall be elected in the manner herein provided: provided, That if congress should hereafter fix a different day for such election, then the election for electors shall be held on such day as shall be named by congress as provided in section 1 of article 2 of the United States constitution

Did you watch Giuliani’s press conference in Philly?
Again the president’s lawyers don’t have to show you sh*t. They present their evidence in the courts.
You don’t really figure in anything.

A press conference is not presenting evidence to a court but maybe you’re saying he talked about presenting evidence. I dunno it’s hard to say exactly what you’re saying.

One thing is clear tho, you have a real attitude issue.

A press conference doesn’t settle anything. The courts do. Nobody tries a case at a press conference.
Evidence will be at the courts.
