This may be an option, but it should be one of last resort, and considered very carefully. The precedent it sets could lead to (1) terrible, terrible future abuse of the entire electoral process on both sides, and (2) the inevitable manipulation of the “optics” of it by an apostate press that will use it to stoke the anger of the half of the country that hates the president. This is scary, scary stuff.

It’s too late for the Enemedia to try and shut people’s eyes. It’s out there and not going away. The public doesn’t trust the Enemedia anymore.

perhaps had the D’s run a reasonable and sane ticket I would oppose correcting their election theft. But of course they didnt, and so the constitutional method of (where necessary) state legislators selecting the electors should definitely be followed. We have a US Constitution for a purpose (something the DNC thinks is only for target practice) and our republic’s founders did provide for this for us
All that is needed to prevent abuse is an ELECTION DAY...not an “election week” or “election month” or more....
