PA now has 17 precincts let to report - up from 7 most of the night + 175,880 mail-ins to count.

PA is now at automatic recount - .5% or less - 49.62% vs 49.23%

Weird...

PA lead is now 24381. Still in automatic recount.

PA 17 precincts are in Philadelphia, where Philly was listed at 100% most of the night + 175,880 mail-ins to count.
The 7 that were previously noted were in Allegheny County
