No... I didn't know there was a question until I read on in this thread, I just did a quick OCR for anyone wanting to quote it.
Here is a story in The Hill from November of last year. Looks legit. The Hill does not provide a link to the report but it does say -- The use of audits was a step recommended by the Senate Intelligence Committee to secure elections in volume one of its bipartisan report on Russian interference efforts in 2016.
It is posted here, but the poster says 'DHSs Press Release
