I have a relative who voted early in Virginia. Each county (or city) had an early voting precinct that was open from September 18th through October 30th. All of the votes from that time period were part of the early voting precinct in each locality. Its possible that those big numbers were held back to the end and then inflated to overcome any lead that had developed.
This year the legislature did away with voter identification requirements, so it was easier to cheat.
No, you still needed to show id. I stood in line for more than 2 hours to vote early last week. Needed my id, which I had, but the Biden voter behind me didn't have hers. After standing in line for over two hours she couldn't get a ballot.
