so, what are “daily new cases” as a percentage of all tests given?

they're testing for everything.

have a friend going in for surgery wednesday & he had to be tested.

have a work buddy that has fall allergy & went to clinic & he got tested

new job applicants getting tested.

a positive test assumes +17 more incidental cases of contacts.

but but but.........with over 100k/day now the scientist say we should follow EU example and shut the economy down again (which didn't solve the problem the first time)
