Mail in ballots are a receipt.

On 1/9/20, Dominion Voting Systems testified to Congress that paperless ballots are easy to cheat because you don’t have paper back ups. This is the “software glitch” vendor.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED!

You (systems developers) deploy the software and run the test suites. Once verified and certified by the officials, that is what is used. There should NEVER be any software update applied during an election & destroys the integrity of the election.

This needs to be flushed out!
