I agree; all falls into the TBD category. HOWEVER it is indicative of a failure point in and/or between systems and one that is inexplicable in light of standard testing + Q/A procedures.
If the “glitch” is repeated in many other jurisdictions, changing votes only in favor of Biden, then I would say that it’s a deliberate manipulation, whether cooked into the software, or if it was done through clandestine external forces.
Wild theory time.....
Trump mentioned, back in June or July, foreign entities printing ballots to meddle with our election. Democrat’s counter move - manipulate software and the usual big city ballot stuffing processes, dumping military votes, etc, thinking it would be enough.
Trump up big election night, so they pull out those foreign, pre-completed ballots (with voters for President only) and dump them at 4 AM when nobody’s watching. presto, an instant jump in the Biden vote and a lead in several important states.
My take - the democrats thought that their usual fraud would be enough, but because they underestimated Trump’s popularity, they had to make an emergency ballot dump to make it close in several states.
They didn’t want to use the foreign ballots because Trump mentioned them so they knew he was on to that scheme. But they were backed into a corner.
In the meantime, the forensic folks in the national guards of several states (12, I think) were looking into the computer-based fraud along with other methods of cheating and, well, We Have It All!
