Note, though the S and w are in the same word "Statewide", both letters are used in the website's link and NCSWIC is highlighted as their official acronym listed on their homepage.

WOW WOW WOW!!! That's probably the best TELL that I've seen. To prove it, use a search engine for the phrase, "Nothing can stop what is coming" (include the quotes) and it's all references to Q. My confidence just went up 188%.
