Someone said maybe this is Shopped. I ran it though forensic photo analysis and found no anomalies besides the obvious additions of the circle and the added logo. The package in the hands of the man check out as authentic.

my guess is it’s authentic but all-in-all it’s only one and could have come from legitimate absentees. Need evidence of massive fraud ala the stacks of ballots that were involved on the preparation + delivery side.
