You sit on the boxes where you can add votes, and wait until everyone else reports, to see how many votes you need.

No!!! Read my post again. I manually scanned all of the approx 50 remaining precincts minutes before the flip. All were from small population areas. All of the heavy population counties were finished with the exception of one precinct in Alexandria. That county had 54 of 55 reported. And the county composite of the other 54 precincts had Trump with about 45%. SO there was no source of outstanding votes to justify that large flip.

That's the point. The two worst counties for fraud in VA are Loudon and Fairfax Counties. Loudon had reported 99 of 99 precincts and Fairfax reported 243 of 244. And Trump was ahead by 8 points! There were no more big Blue counties left to report but the state still flipped. This needs big time scrutiny.
