The Republicans need to tell the Supreme Court the following:
It was election fraud in Milwaukee, in Detroit, in Philadelphia and in Atlanta. You know it and we know it. We Republicans are not going to accept the election being stolen from us. We ask you to make those state’s Republican-do their elections with robust security and transparency requirements.
If you say no, then the election results will have to be certified by the state delegations in the US House of Representatives. We Republicans control 28 of those while the Democrats only control 22. We WILL elect Donald Trump in the House if necessary.
We don’t want to have to do that. We think it would be divisive and terrible for the country. We think re-voting would be an outcome much more acceptable to the country. But understand, we will use this nuclear option if we are left no other choice. We cannot allow the election to be blatantly stolen.
