If agents of law enforcement don't investigate and prosecute will there be justice? What happens when you see a crime and call 911 and the police never show up?

Don’t sell the USPS short...yet. What they did (pre-dated bullseye cancellation) is MAIL FRAUD. NOT the purvue of DOJ. It’s under the USPS Postal Inspection, and they have a history of not ‘effin around.
