They can look into a crime but if the discover another criminal act they can follow that wherever it leads, to whom ever it leads. If Biden is in office, Hunter will be pardoned not perp walked. Biden’s conservator, whoever that hidden entity is, will claim the prosecution of Hunter is political, and is the result of Russian election interference.
