“Take What You Want” was never released on an album until one of the reissues years later though it was available through other methods. The band’s most underrated song, IMO.
Right I definitely remember it but can’t recall where I heard it. I must have had one of those reissue CDs. Oddly enough it is not included on the double CD Anthology. That is strange.
It was part of a video shown wherever (PBS?) from concert footage with excellent sound quality. I remember watching it way back in the early 80s. The Cars had some good non-released (until reissues) songs especially “You Just Can’t Push Me.”
