I could be wrong cause this changed a few times, but it seems Pa was the only state that appeared wasn’t possible for Biden to obtain - the lead was too big to “fix”.
So Clinton won Philly in 2016 with 560k of 670k total philly votes. We have alread counted 500k votes in Philly. So even if Biden gets every remaining vote in Philly there is no way he gets past Trump’s 500k lead.bo other counties are going to provide that number
No votes received after election day in PA should be counted. Need to request and emergency appeal to the Supreme Court, also signatures need to match for all mailed in votes
