What happens on Jan 20th, 2021?

By that point a President will have already been elected one way or the other. If neither candidate has a majority of the Electors on the day the Congress meets to tabulate the Electoral College's votes, the House will elect the President and the Senate will elect the Vice President.

So, the House selects Biden, and the Senate selects Trump as VP. Biden is removed via the 25th

That would be great...IF Trump loses the house will appoint Biden (hopefully). Trump can be VP. There is no way Biden survives 4 years. Trump can run again since he wasn't elected in 2020. So Trump in 2024.
