Generally true. This was a different election - it was about getting one’s base to the polls. The only “undecideds” going into September were either liars or totally clueless people who should not vote anyway due to stupidity. I don’t know any GOP POTUS candidate who worked very hard during his 4 years specifically for minorities and my bet is the voter turnout for him was not significant.
Looking at the electoral map one can see the damage California has done. The state votes 67% kkkrap. AZ, NM and CO used to be very reliable GOP states, now flipped to kkkrap b/c rich Kalifornicators moved there with their voting patterns. The disease will continue to spread. Also, the GOP ceded the cultural and educational issues several decades ago, and like it or not, that is a significant factor in how people think and how they vote.
