I infer that this is Larry Schweikert. I am new to following his takes. I first read his stuff at the Dave Blackmon Daily Update.

If his inside information is accurate, this thing is going to be over by midnight.

I think they did this in 2016, too.

The Dems have two strategies.

When they think they are going to be within the margin of cheating, they hold back, cheat and then release late.

When they think that the race will be too far gone, they release their strongholds early.
