PA just stopped ballot counting in Philadelphia - they do not want any counting to continue if any Republican / Trump election observers can be present. The RATs are now going to a DEM friendly judge to try and have the ruling overturned so they can continue their “counting” without REP / Trump observers present.
They are pulling all the ballots away from the desks and marking the outside of Packs.Removing chairs.They are moving fast.Watching it live,
