The reason NC is not being called is because they are waiting to see what happens in AZ. If Trump takes AZ then the DEMs produce new ballots in NC. That is their plan.

PA lead is down to 116226, from 660k - ish @ 11/04/2020 after midnight

There are still 9 precincts to count and 581,167 mail-in\absentee ballots to count.

I believe PA is gone...
