Well, the FACTS are NOT IN DISPUTE on PA's Court ILLEGALLY and UNCONSTITUTIONALLY changing the election law passed by their state legislature.
If I understand correctly, only the LAW is in dispute which means it should be ripe for SCOTUS review ASAP.
And if I understood the court’s decision correctly, they weren’t saying it was ok to go ahead and count the ballots, they said they couldn’t rule on it UNTIL THEY DID count the ballots, so even more reason the Supremes should be involved. And Amy Ice Cream should be up to speed by then.
