Do the state Secretary of States have to verify the count as official before sent to the Electors?
Good question.. Not sure the SOS actually can certify, as it seems humanly impossible, but does certainly verify the state’s official vote count, as was received by each county.
I guess certification can be contested, since we now know the vote count is any number the Marxists want it to be?
