Virginia Beach has been a split area. I’m thinking if lines are short in the Richmond and Northern Virginia area, it means the dema are not turning out on Election Day. Those are liberal strong holds.
Part of the blue turn in Virginia was the huge expansion of federal government. I believe the other half was the infusion of leftists board members and professors at the state universities.
