399 deaths in a country of 330 million people....i bet more died falling off ladders yesterday....
I almost did exactly that 3 days ago. Never, EVER, get up on a ladder during the worst ice storm to hit OK since 2007. Most definitely don't do it in an attempt to cut tree branches away from the power lines.
But I digress. :-)
