I moved here when I was 8, so I am an immigrant who thinks this is the greatest country on earth right now, and in all of human history. My dad was an America-first guy, and he moved here when he was almost 40, and came from India.

There are plenty of native-born American patriots, but many of my immigrant American patriots know better than many of my native-born liberal America-last haters.

Yup. It's a matter of perspective. You and your family know what other countries are like. American hating leftists have no clue.

I once saw a video on YouTube with a Leftist and her son trying to tell a Russian immigrant that Russia was a better country and so was North Korea. He tried giving them a fact-check but they were certain that they knew better. It was surreal.
