The right wing consists of Fascists (like Hitler and Mussolini)
The left wing consists of Communists
Communists consist of
Maoists (radicals) on the left and
Stalinists (statists) on the right.
Both wings of the Communist party hate the Fascists (for their betrayal of the Cause) and frequently misidentify anyone who oppose them as Fascists
