Loser is full of himself. It was Obama taunting him and being the worst President in US history.
It's truly a no-good "sense of humor" when a loser, Can't-Do post-turtle-of-dubious-immigration-status uses his position to denigrate a robust Can-Do American man who is full of real, tangible accomplishments.
We have Obama's encouragement to thank for Donald Trump's decisive burst of enthusiasm, but as per the subject of the article, looks like even more winning to me:
