President says as far as he’s concerned he won, and he’s going to the
Supreme Court to stop new votes brought in to steal the election at 4AM...

It looks to me like the count has been stopped so that the losing side can figure out how many votes they need to manufacture to catch up.
And they needed to do it before all the precincts reported, so there would be enough “uncounted” to make the math “plausible”.
The President isn’t having any of it.

If you look at the DNC networks they are portraying this as Trump preemptively claiming victory, as they said he would before the election. They only have deception, but they are using it.
