I take back the generality...I had to read the decree again...I should have been clearer...the consent decree was against the RNC.
The consent decree was modified to tie the hands of the RNC re: poll watching and the decree was extended from 2009 thru 12/2017.
The RATS tried to get the consent decree extended and they needed to show that the RNC violated the terms of the pact. Democrats pointed to a series of incidents during the 2016 election in which they alleged people who claimed or appeared to be working for the RNC were engaged in poll watching.
Judge ruled against the RATS...not enough proof.
So I can assume you weren’t (or shouldn’t hve been hired)hired by the RNC?
